Ingredients
3 eggs
1 ½ cups parsley, finely minced
3 green onions, finely minced
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
¼ tsp all-purpose flour
¼ tsp black pepper
â…“ tsp salt crushed red pepper flakes
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Fold in the green onions, garlic, and all of the herbs, and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Add the flour and mix until dissolved. Heat vegetable oil.
Scoop 2 tbsp of the mixture onto the pan to create miniature patties.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat, then flip to cook the other side. Serve with pita bread.
