Ingredients:
2 ½ tsp minced garlic
1 ½ cup white rice, long grain or medium
¼ - ½ cup scallions
4 tbsp butter
2 ½ cups chicken broth
½ tsp salt
Instructions
In a medium-size pot place butter & garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until the garlic if fragrant.
Add the rice to the garlic butter and coat evenly.
Add the broth and let it simmer until the broth is right over the rice, put a lid on it, reduce the heat let it go 5 minutes then turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Once the rice is cooked, fluff with a fork and garnish with green onions.
