Summer vacation is winding down, the kids are back to school, and it's time to get back on schedule. For some of us, this means the house is way quieter than usual (my case). And I’ve had more time for cooking. Highlights this week include fresh lobster, an incredible Pavlova and a Portuguese bacalhau dish called Balacahau a Gomes de Sa.
But for many of us, this means everything is much more hectic and we have less cooking time! This menu plan was created by Bonnie Stoilkovich over a decade ago (before my kids flew the nest!). Based in Malibu, Bonnie has been cooking and teaching cooking for over 25 years. She loves to encourage people to learn simple, carefree meals, that are not only healthy and delicious, but easy and non- threatening – reducing stress and time spent in the kitchen.
This is what we included in the box delivered back in 2011! Use it as a shopping list if you want to recreate the box and have everything you need to cook the recipes.
